Our exciting opportunity: we are now looking for a technical solution sales support leader (account cto or head of solution) to support kam organization with product and solution expertise on different levels in pre-Sales, design, and delivery of customer projects. Position ericsson as a thought and technology leader. Secure that customer feedback is shared with R&D will:- Conducts in-Depth technical discussions with customer- Investigate current customer network- Work with sales team on list of potential activities and solutions- Work with sales team to develop and build value argumentation, technical presentation- Contribute to business case modeling around the customer solution- Act as subject matter expert in specific technologies, products/service or solutions- Manage successful proof of concepts- Strengthen the cooperation with the relevant ba stakeholders to drive product requirements, npi (new product introduction) and sales programs in cooperation with the pls (product lines)- Work with sa (solution architect) on specific solution product or service requirements- Investigate and validate multiple options to meet client requirements- Provide a full range but in-Depth advice on the solution and project- Advise in preparation for solution life cycle management- Support csr (customer solution responsible) or solution architects in specific technical issuesto be successful in the role you must have:- Education: bachelor of business administration, science or similar- Substantial in-Field experience from sales/solutions at ericsson or equivale- Technical competence in-Depth:- 4G lte radio network and functions- 5G nr radio network and functions- Voice/ims volte core network nodes and functions- 4G epc packet core network nods and functions- 5G nr core network and architecture- Network virtualisation (nfv) and orchestration- Technical competence end-T-End:- Transport network end-To-End including- Transport(optical/microwave)/ip network nodes and functions- Mpls and sdn network management functions- Oss/bss solution and functions- Next generation network architecture and business/use cases- Experience from working in the field with customers- Business understandingbehavioral competences- Presenting & communicating information- Entrepreneurial & commercial thinking- Persuading & influencing- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations- Flexibilities to take on challenges as business requires- Creating & innovatingwhats in it for you?Here at ericsson, our culture is built on over a century of courageous decisions.
