As sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and significantly expanding our customer base by building strong relationships with high-Level executives from large and medium-Sized companies. You will also collaborate with internal product teams and provide insights for future development, aiming to maximize the potential of our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Lead discovery information presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals for executives.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and generate business proposals to address them.
Maintain contact with potential prospects identified through research to build a solid pipeline.
Develop and implement a scalable sales process from demand generation to contract execution.
Hire, train, and lead a team of high-Performing sdrs, csms, and account executives.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients.
Manage crm data to build, forecast, and track sales activity.
Create and present plans to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, administration, marketing, or related fields.
Previous experience in a similar sales position with a proven track record of successfully building strong relationships with high-Level executives from large and medium-Sized companies and implementing effective sales strategies, preferably in B2B sales in enterprise-Level saas companies.
Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Ability to identify growth opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
Knowledge and experience using sales analysis and tracking tools.
Excellent problem-Solving, critical thinking, and decision-Making abilities.
Ability to work as part of a team, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to the companys objectives.
