Reporting to the senior vp of markets growth, you will be part of the product latam team who are responsible for playing a pivotal role in defining and executing the product and technology strategy that will drive the future growth of this market. You will be responsible for aligning the product and technology roadmap with market-Specific needs and business aspirations. You will also collaborate with cross-Functional teams, monitor performance, and drive innovation to ensure our products provide a market-Localized, delightful customer experience while maximizing business performance. What you will do product vision and strategy: partner with our commercial organization and product and technology leaders to define and deliver the product and technology vision and strategy to boost business growth across latam. Team leadership: lead market-Specific dedicated, cross-Functional delivery teams, to help achieve our market aspirations through the delivery of localized innovations on top of our global core product offering. Stakeholder collaboration: partner with regional P&L owners and senior stakeholders to synchronize business, marketing, product and technology initiatives to co-Create a prioritized, market-Specific roadmap. Competitor analysis: continuously follow and analyze competitors offerings and explore opportunities to adopt, test, and scale the latest product and technology innovations across the organization. Cross-Functional influence: collaborate with other product & technology leaders to inform customer/colleague journeys and roadmaps to boost specific markets growth and global performance. Budget management: oversee budget allocation for market-Specific initiatives and ensure efficient resource utilization that maximizes roi to our respective markets. Who you are significant senior-Level experience in product and/or technology, ideally within a similar organization, with a proven ability to think strategically, lead delivery teams, and drive tangible direct results. Experience working in the latam market is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating diverse teams and driving them towards a compelling vision. Track record of delivering tangible results while managing competing priorities and adapting to changing business needs. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships, influence at senior levels, and negotiate effectively.
