The gpm will lead teams of pms, designers and qas.- Partner with internal stakeholders to manage the entire feature development cycles for sustainable product solutions that fit the brazilian market.- Interact with payment providers and government institutions, building solutions and resolving issues. The internal stakeholders include but are not limited to operations, fraud, financial services and regional development team.- Expected to be a hands-On leader, rolling up sleeves to execute initiatives and actively collaborating with both regional and local teams to continuously improve the current product usability, functionality, and performance including feature design, testing, and troubleshooting.- Maintain competitive products by leveraging a deep understanding of the local markets business landscape.- Troubleshoot bugs with the team in live environments and work with the development team to resolve issues from our :- Payment/fraud/wallet product expertise is a must, including record on interacting with payment providers and government institutions.- Ability to understand technically the payment ecosystem.- Experience in leading product teams in both waterfall/agile methodology.- Proven track record designing, launching, and prioritizing product solutions.- Bachelors degree in business field or engineering. Mba is a plus- Advanced english to work with overseas teams.- Ability to coordinate with counterparts in the asian market.- Excellent communication and problem-Solving skills with clear logical thinking.
