Job purpose to support emerging markets (em) vaccines growth ambition through implementation of private market access solutions to unlock funding and improve affordability for adult vaccination in private sector across the em region. Responsibilities to develop in partnership with em vaccines cross-Functional team a best in class private market access strategic & tactical plan to implement innovative funding solutions to improve access and affordability of adult vaccines to support priority locs on identifying private access expansion opportunities and to deliver innovative funding solutions & partnerships to address them (eg, managed entry agreements with insurers, employer subsidized vaccination, micro-Financing) ensure access preparedness pre-Launch, especially engaging with external stakeholders to gain deep insights to shape access strategy and solutions. Complete a market scan to identify and prioritize key opportunities across the em region and lead the engagement plan at regional level to identify and develop regional partnerships to efficiently scale private access solutions (eg, with regional health insurers, employee benefits broker, ngos) customize value proposition, pricing, and negotiation of contracting with private payers and providers, in coordination with other functions (e.G. Bums/kaedical) support evidence planning and generation at loc level (e.G. Local economic data, budget impact analysis and value dossier localization) to unlock funding build regional capability to enhance vaccines private market access knowledge and resources includes dissemination and adaptation of global material for locs support capability building in locs to enhance development and implementation of local private market access strategies and early launch planning for vaccines interface between global and loc to ensure price strategy is fit for purpose for innovation why you? We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: minimum 5 years experience in pharma market access with focus on vaccines experience in expanding access to medicines through unlocking funding from non-Public sources (eg, private insurance, health maintenance organization (hmos), employer health benefits). Minimum 5 years experience in regional role providing support for emerging markets including latin america or middle east region experience in establishing external partnerships and payer-Side (e.G. Private insurer, hta agency) is favourable. Proven experience in above-Country roles working across cultural and multi-Functional specificities in complex situations (regional / global) track record of establishing effective working relationships with all stakeholders and influencing without authority effective oral and written communications skills for a wide variety & levels of audiences robust problem-Solving skills high resilience and agility why us?
