Stairs people advisors, is supporting a golf hotel and spa resort in spain to identify, select and hire a marketing manager to lead and manage its marketing team. The ideal candidate is bilingual, creative, pro-Active, with excellent time management skill and who can strategically develop new initiatives that will achieve growth for the company. To maintain an raise the profile of the resort as the number one choice resort for golf holidays in spain. To manage, design and write content for website to ensure maximum optimisation, and to constantly update ensuring all items are correct and relevant to current business objectives. Coordination of ppc & seo activities internally and in partnership with our online marketing partners. Co-Ordinate the publication of new marketing collateral working with designer and printers. Co-Ordinate advertising campaigns with director of sales & marketing to annual budget. To report on traffic and conversions from all marketing activities, identifying trends, success rates and effectiveness. Create a social media strategy and execute in conjunction with our pr company. Create a green marketing agenda for the resort including implementations of a communication strategy on sustainability to engineer ways to keep the resort to the forefront of the public consciousness. Bring new ideas, and innovative ideas, and pro-Active suggestions to the director of sales & marketing on a regular basis. Staying up-To-Date with industry trends and changes through networking and research of competitors. Liaise with our pr company to discuss and execute promotional opportunities for the hotel. Working with the director of sales and marketing to optimise effectiveness of marketing expenditure, as per budget parameters and business requirements. Co-Ordinate and directly mange at leas one member of the marketing team under the overall leadership of the dosm. Skills and requirements managing and leading people creative and out of the box thinking skills. Forward thinking initiative. Pro-Active mind set. Copy writing. Customer experience knowledge (current and new technologies available). Golf marketing experience (golf travel, journalism or events) experience in E-Mail marketing and crm. Overall strong knowledge of digital marketing (google ads, analytics, seo, website optimisation). Good knowledge of cms systems available and how to implement them. Good knowledge of all social media platforms, current and new trends. Planning and implementation of a loyalty scheme. Knowledge of content design, video and offline marketing for the hospitality business. Some knowledge of the events industry within hospitality. English: native, spanish: native or fluent.
