Marketing & pacs platformservices is one of the critical service company is transforming its approach and capabilities as it relates tomarketing intelligence, and specifically its analytics discipline, to deliverglobally scaled, comparable, and insightful analytics solutions that will enablecompetitively advantaged marketing. End-To-End communication analytics have beenidentified as a critical growth pillar for the company. This is an individualcontributor role will report to the global director ofend-To-End communication do for us:you will design and implement advanced analytics models to analyze therelationship between brand experiences and key performance indicators, includingconsumption frequency (W+), brand equity and imagery data from various sources, such as retail measurements, sales, beach,household panel, and social listening (among others) to generate comprehensiveinsights and drive marketing with cross-Functional teams, including central and ou (our businessunit) marketing, frontline operations, imx, media agency (wpp) and data scienceamong others, to ensure alignment and optimization of marketing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promotedata-Driven decision-Making to achieve business change management techniques to support organizational transformationwhile maintaining a positive work storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex data insights andrecommendations to diverse with wpp (media operations) to optimize marketing campaigns and maximizereturn on excited about being part of a worldwide solving problems, trying new things, and leaving things better than you a culture that helps the organization adapt to change, questions the statusquo, and always aims for improvement, while keeping yourself see the big picture, create clear plans, and are always ready for mind diving into the unknown and staying cool under your stats and can use various techniques to analyze solid analytics experience and know how to run analysis with techniques likeregression, clustering, machine learning, and at telling stories through data and turning complex analysis into familiar with media operations, from digital and social to experience managing change, engaging stakeholders, and working oncross-Functional high emotional intelligence and can handle tough situations while buildingpositive experience:minimum of 5 years of work experience in analytics or a similar role, with aproven track record of degree proficiencyresume must be in storytellermasters experience:extensive background in consumer-Packagedgoods (cpg) and retail in designing, developing, and deploying real-Time, scalable analyticsolutions for optimal technical skill set, including marketing mix or econometric modeling,direct consumer research management, comprehensive media channel analysisdigital, tv, etc.), power bi dashboard creation, and cloud data utilizationazure).Skilled in synthesizing multiple analytic solutions and insights into a cohesive,overarching planning consumer trends forecasting collaborative leadershipconsumer segmentation quantitative research digital media strategy competitiveassessments channels strategy project management influencing decisions brandpositioning microsoft office communication social media strategies problemsolving syndicated research brand storytelling retail marketing strategychannel managementour purpose and growth culture:we are taking deliberateaction to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, torefresh the world and make a act with a growth mindset, take an expansive approach to whats possible andbelieve in continuous learning to improve our business and ourselves.
