So join the ride - We cant wait to see where it takes missionwe are looking for a marketing manager to join the marketing team. The team contributes to the marketing strategy per business model, audience and scope as a marketing manager is the following with the support of teams based in brazil or in paris:1. Contribute in delivering a coherent marketing strategy for brazil market on passengers and drivers acquisition for carpool and bus marketplace by bringing structured local insights. Concretely, it means working along with the head of brazil on quarterly strategy and marketing plans with paid channels & strategy team2. Execute the marketing campaigns for brazil on:- Local ad hoc campaigns, owned channels & media strategy- Local campaigns with atl- Local editorial calendar & campaigns (crm, some )- Local partners including acquisition, retention & otheryour responsibilities- Setting up and running marketing campaigns- Collecting, formatting and analyzing marketing kpis to measure performance- Sharing best practices with other marketing teams, both local and central- Participating in the development of new projects locallyyour qualifications- You have 5 years of experience with marketing planning/execution, managing owned channels, agencies and delivering campaigns/projects in time, while optimizing budget- You have media expertise (off and on)- You have strong negotiation skills for different types of partnerships (acquisition, retention and brand), and with other external stakeholders (agencies, freelancers, etc)- You have growth hacking knowledge- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others- You are organized, results-Driven, and are able to work autonomously, under short deadlines and prioritizing in a changing environment- You are fluent in english and portuguese.
