You will be accountable for monitoring performance and traffic volumes brought by affiliates whilst handling non-Performing affiliates accordingly to increase traffic and revenues. And of course, we promise you that you will join a great team!Youre good at:- Understanding and having experience in affiliates is a must.- Speaking and writing in portuguese & english (spanish is a big plus)- Bachelors in digital marketing, e-Commerce/sales or equivalent (optional)- 2+ years experience from affiliation.- Strong negotiation skills, analytical and numbers driven- Open and responsive problem-Solving skills- Experience from the igaming industry is a plusa flavour of what youll be doing:- Work with betsson group affiliate performance from a strategy and acquisition perspective.- Develop and maintain negotiations and relationships with key affiliate partners and networks.- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets.- Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners- Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers- Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing campaigns through the affiliate network.- Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns- Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of affiliate partners- Work with the latam marketing team to create go to market strategies with the aim of growing the affiliate business in your market.- Represent betsson group affiliates at industry events and keep updated on industry trends.
