Manage user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (meta, google, paid social, search, display, youtube ads, ads) monitor the performance and continuously optimize the campaigns based on a data-Driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests optimize conversion rates at different stages of the customer journey, through improving landing pages, funnels and user flows to maximize conversions and minimize drop-Offs utilize platform ad managers and google analytics 4 to develop insights and action items intended to increase clients retention month-Over-Month provide data-Drive decisions about further creative development and strategies ensure proper tracking, analysis, and reporting, as well as contributing to an automation of campaign management understand important kpis and industry-Wide benchmarks throughout all steps in the marketing funnel understand full-Funnel marketing strategies to ensure new acquisition, list growth, e-Commerce, retention, and overall client success based around marketing discussions and strategies that work in tandem with paid media and performance efforts. Work with the brand marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages conduct competitive research to ensure success in the ad space and new acquisition audience targeting skills, experience & qualifications required 7+ years minimum of paid media advertising experience experience in startup environment and saas subscription platforms expertise in developing, testing, and optimizing advertisement copy and creatives experience in keyword targeting and audience optimization across multiple platforms 2 in-Depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with special focus on google and meta ecosystem, affiliate networks, and seo, with a proven track of records of successfully executed campaigns A very good understanding of digital data analytics fluency in english. Spanish is a plus enjoy working with data natural curiosity and will to make an impact experience with fashion or/and fashion entrepreneurship (nice to have).
