Job description A fcamara is in search of a senior product owner to collaborate with the best digital bank in brazil, elected by popular vote in the 4th edition of the canaltech award. This company offers a complete digital bank with products such as free account, personalized credit card, and fixed and variable investment. Responsibilities and assignments we are looking for a highly communicative and proactive professional, capable of conveying the understanding of stories to the technical team. As a senior product owner, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders, defining requirements, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-Quality solutions that meet users and business needs in the context of open finance. Requirements and qualifications responsibilities: collaborate with stakeholders to understand product needs and define requirements. Translate user needs into clear and understandable user stories. Work closely with the development team to ensure understanding of stories and clarify technical doubts. Track development progress, ensuring deliveries are within deadline. Participate in daily development monitoring meetings (daily), providing guidance and clarifying doubts. Perform validation tests to ensure delivery suitability. Stay up-To-Date on trends and best practices in product development. Requirements: previous experience as a product owner or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate user needs into clear and understandable user stories. Proactivity and ability to collaborate with the development team. Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as scrum. Familiarity with product management tools such as jira. Additional information work location: remote (with flexibility for on-Site work when necessary).
