In thisrole you will be a key member of a highly agile and expert team of productstrategists, engineers and ux practitioners working to build conceptual prototypesand quick-To-Market test & learn pilots. You will create rich, engagingexperiences to bring highly conceptual ideas to life collaboratively with is an exciting opportunity to become part of a world-Class innovation team,dynamically solving real-World customer problems, and delivering transformationalproduct and service solutions focused on globally trending topics and this role you will work closely with a team of product strategists, engineers,and ux designers and researchers to co-Innovate directly with mastercard clientsvia rapid ideation and prototyping in design thinking will travel to client sites across the latin american and caribbean regions,and occasionally job requires approximately 25%35% to travel is a must, and a desire to travel is a each project, you will build an understanding of the client and theircustomer, the problem to be solved, and decide on the best design will work to define the product and user experience based on research, bestpractices, and client inputs, and be responsible for creating design artifactsincluding sketches, story maps, wireframes, visual designs, and/or interactiveprototypes as neededall while collaborating closely with the client and the digital labs not traveling, your days will be a mix of preparing for upcoming events byresearching and prepping materials and creating and finalizing deliverables forcompleted addition to supporting design sprints, you will also support longer-Termengagements such as detailed design iterations and prototyping for concept andusability testing, as well as pilot will grow your skill set to deepen digital labs future design and innovationcapabilities, and you will support overall regional growth and team needs.
