The marketing manager for latam will work in close collaboration with managing directors and senior stakeholders to support their marketing efforts in conjunction with colleagues across all business units. Responsibilities: plan, execute and manage integrated marketing activities in latam that are aligned to business strategy and marketing plans. Manage all webinars, conferences, sponsorships and hosted event logistics, including venue and menu section, event communications, branding, collateral and other event activities in the latam region. Work with krolls pr agencies in the region, local managing directors and the communications team on the latam communications plan and ongoing pr activities in the region. Leverage marketing activities generated across the firm and adapt to local markets including translation where needed. Work with our professionals to efficiently meet the needs of internal stakeholders, and at times, support the practice in client-Facing activities. Manage respective service line web pages and plan digital marketing campaigns with internal integrated marketing team including web, seo, social media, and digital advertising. Refresh sales tools, pitch decks, slides, case studies and collateral to elevate presentation formats, employing infographics and other data visualizations to showcase key messages. Develop strong working relationships with service line leaders, the global marketing team, and external suppliers to maximize our marketing efforts. Assist with developing and maintaining the budget. Tracking expenditures, measure and report return on investment and adjust activities accordingly after analysis of key performance metrics. Stay abreast of the market landscape and trends, while sharing learnings, best practice and insights with the marketing team and business stakeholders. Assist with production of thought leadership, including reviewing, editing, preparing graphics for webpage, drafting related communications and any other related activities. Draft and manage social media posts for all pr, award, thought leadership and relevant news activity. Assist with preparing or updating institutional powerpoint presentations. Requirements: 8-10 years of marketing, communications or business development experience at a professional services firm, preferably in financial services. Fluent in portuguese, english and spanish. Superb written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to excel in a matrix management environment under minimal supervision, while reporting results and conferring with superiors on unusual matters and seeking feedback as needed. Ability to be very hands on and comfortable taking direct responsibility for deliverables. Strong team player. Microsoft office: powerpoint, excel and word.
