Due to the category growth, we are expanding our product innovation and looking for pioneers who know how to expand their thinking and bring new ideas to life. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the consumer promotions and content strategies, plans, and execution for the fab category, partnering cross functionally across the region, and with coca-Cola bottling partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing manager of consumer promotions and content to act as an intrapreneur to help build a start-Up in latin america with the resources and backing of the coca-Cola company. Key responsibilities: translate consumer insights and touchpoints expertise into concrete communication and brand activation strategies and plans develop the consumer strategy and plan (communication, brand activation strategies, content, shopper, activation calendar, etc) based on the E2E xp and brand guidelines lead the customization and/or development of content for specific category touchpoints based on brand guidelines, key occasions and relevant triggers develops consumer promotions when it is a critical component of the big idea and scalable to ensure relevance and efficiency brief media teams and work closely to ensure best-In-Class plan and execution manage the calendar of consumer activation support marketing execution by handing activation tools kits and materials to frontline marketing deliver consumer & shopper strategy & plan, media briefings, pos materials for execution guidelines, activation toolkits and materials qualifications and requirements: bachelors degree in marketing, business, econometrics, or related field is required (masters or mba degree is highly preferred) 5+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility and scope in consumer promotions and content must be fluent in english spanish or portuguese is also highly preferred must have experience in consumer insights and strategy, marketing mix, and consumer journey design able to gather consumer insights from multiple categories and connect the dots into a strategic direction towards tangible plans expertise in working with different external partners (i.E.: agencies, production houses) able to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, opportunities and gaps, and integrate across disparate data sources, as well as working knowledge of analytic approaches what we can do for you: iconic & innovative brands: our portfolio represents over 20 different billion-Dollar brands such as coca-Cola, sprite, fanta, powerade, and more.
