Job duties: in this role, the incumbent will be working with key partners including cva (customer value agreement) to internal caterpillar and caterpillar dealer teams to drive cva 4-10 growth which is critical to achieving double digit sales to users (stu) by 2026. Key duties includes, but not limited to: lead cross functional workshops and governance with partners/dealers to deliver proactive, data-Based plans to achieve targets scale the cva 4-10 plans across dealers in region deep understanding of go to marketing of new/enhance cva opportunities, including dealer adoption drive cva strategy by driving up renewal rates, driving adoption for cvas on point of sales for in channel used, and actioning leads collaborate with dealer cva specialist, as well as drive collaboration with other dealer parts specialists collaborate globally for cva shares and insights issues support deeper, richer, longer cvas and piloting of new cva offers as required review granular insights by dealer, customer segment and product type to provide recommendations for growth opportunities present insights on gaps, root cause, and proposed actions to leaders and advisors create and manage commercial sales variance programs remote location: yes basic qualifications: education: bachelor degree experience: at least 5 years work relevant experience.
