The person in this role will work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate the journey from intake to profitability. You will be responsible for administering and managing each programme (cohort) of learners, working closely with the global operations director and global head of academy towards the success of the goal is to ensure every programme is delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the External providers/stakeholder management- Research and familiarise yourself with local/regional government laws on running apprenticeships or education out reach programmes.- Ensure the company is compliant with any funding including the management of reports back to the government- Form partnerships with local education institutes and/or charities as necessary to select and onboard students onto the softwareone academy apprentice programme and the softwareone academy associate incubator programme.- Report to government or education bodies as needed on progress of learners in line with local/regional guidance e.G. Berufschule or fp dual. Ensure compliance with such programmes.- Manage external training providers involved in delivery training to softwareone academy learnersInternal stakeholder management- Form partnerships and manage relationships with local softwareone in country leads and tech mentors- Work with the global softwareone academy team in other regions to ensure consistency of curriculum and calendar of events.- Work with the global softwareone academy team and the local in country business owners on future curriculum design and business requirements- Work with the global softwareone academy team and the local in country business owners on future cohort planning, curriculum design and business requirementsRunning academy cohorts- Manage the planning, development, delivery and monitoring of learner activity whilst engaged in the academy programme- Provide academic and pastoral support to all academy associates and/or apprentices (learners in the programme)- Monitor learners attendance, engagement and achievement- Ensure that accurate student and employer records are maintained- Take an active role in the induction and onboarding of academy associates and apprentices (onestart)- Facilitate/run training sessions as needed within the academy curriculum, especially core consulting skills (vilt) and business essentials (facilitated online learning)- Manage the academy learning journey, ensuring the dissemination of information and the provision of support- Act as first point of contact for all academy learners- Support academy learners in identifying and achieving learning objectives to support them in their success during the programme and continued success beyond their transition to softwareone as contributing team members.- Build and maintain relationships with learners, provide regular communication to everyone involved in the programme regarding the programme of study, ensuring relevant and consistent messaging to learners, mentors and the business community.- Work with the business, the students and local hr to set and manage performance objectives to ensure they are contributing to the achievement of the functions/companies outcome targets- Build and maintain relationships with students, platform, business and local government as needed.- Provide regular communication to learners regarding their programme of study, ensure relevant and consistent messaging- Where relevant, support an appropriate framework for the apprentice journey including induction and access to further qualifications, and keep the apprentices focused throughoutwhat we need to see from you:- A strong l&d and instructional design background- Fluency in english and spanish or portuguese is a must.- Strong relationship management, able to navigate a complex internal landscape with multiple stakeholders and form strong relationships externally with education institutes, charities and government representatives as needed.- Strong organisational and administrative ability in order to monitor student attendance, engagement and achievement.- Knowledge of, or experience in, project management principles- Experience in instructional de.
