You will work closely with the different business leaders across operation, marketing, product and headquarter teams to analyze markets, players trends, business models, and offer recommendations / structure plans for critical business decisions to upper responsibilities:Your responsibilities:- In-Depth country-Level market analysis, incl. Regulation change and forecast, competitive landscape, customer/product insight, etc- Play an important role in guiding the business leaders and teams to build up a deep, holistic and data-Oriented understanding of own fintech product and services- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for fintech business in brazil- Support headquarter, international strategy team, operational managers and functional team leaders in understanding of market, players, features, business models of payments and credit ecosystem on key initiatives- Support the brazil okr setting, okr breakdown, tracking, and analysis (coordinate by bi team).Role qualifications:- Fluent in english- Have at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in s&p, within payment and/or credit sectors (acquiring, issuer, wallets, digital banks, etc.)- Strong communication skills, ability to generate empathy with business stakeholders and manage effective collaborations with cross-Functional teams.- Have a big picture business understanding, embrace change, have curiosity, problem solving mindset, strong organization, independent, self-Starter and ability to multi-Task.- Work place: são paulo/speeo statement:Youll love working at didi because- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
