Are you a customer and process oriented supply chain leader always seeking continuous improvement to exceed service levels?If so, we are looking for you to lead the activities for inbound, including sourcing and purchasing, outbound supply chain, planning, customer service, warehousing/inventory and shipping departments for two of our businesses: personal care latin america and food colors position can be based out in either jundiaí or santana de parnaíba, but the requirement is to be in jundiaì 2 days/week and in parnaíba 3 days/weekWe?Offer you a comprehensive on-Boarding training. This secures a solid foundation to understand the organization and its products, technologies, systems, supporting functions and culture, which enhances your ability?To quickly become?Productive and integrated into the?Sensient?that, you will:be responsible for accurate and timely processing of orders throughout the facility, management of product flow from suppliers and affiliates for internal and external customers, and order-To-Cash process execution within all departments within the supply chain team. Your extensive years of experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment will allow you to run a cost effective operation within budgetary guidelines and exceed customer service level to work your problem solving and decision making skills to drive continuous improvement through pro-Active leadership, motivation, and development of direct reports. You will develop strategic plans and initiatives to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations to meet our growing business will collaborate and keep close working relationships, communicating effectively with manufacturing, r&d, planning, international sales, finance and general management across two bus (food colors brazil & personal care latam), and playing an active role in resolving service-Related issues. Your fluency in portuguese & english is crucial to be successful on this task, and spanish will be a good Am1.
