Analytics insights manager - Responsible for managing media optimization measurement, and influence sls and country marketing directors to execute accordingly- Drive and socialize clear kpis/metrics, score carding and reporting that clearly diagnoses success and recommended action steps at the right level of depth and complexity for marketing executions- Influence our marketing leaders (both regional and local) to improve its execution- Responsible for driving media optimization in the key countries to improve our incremental sales from media and/ or our roi- Drive insights to influence conversion along consumer digital pathway for category purchase (full funel).- Overcome challenges / barriers to exceed measurement requirements, such as media fragmentation & reach, and person level data availability across markets- Master web analytics to recommend and improve our chances of recruiting consumers - Improve traffic and conversion- Monitor main kpis (online and offline) to improve campaign performance and quickly act to reach its objectives.- Connect with media agencies/ digital and media strategy to ensure government of reports - To improve efficiency and effectiveness- Activation and act to executemain skills:- Experience on leading specific discussion with media vendors- Seniority to drive influence at multiple teams and senior teams- Ability to connect the problem with strategy and recommend actions to business- Act as the functional expert on the discipline and practice of research and on the manner in which advanced analytics can be effectively leveraged to address marketing objectives.- Highly analytical, confident and persuasive leader with a successful track record in building cross functional / geographical boundary relationships using analytics to influence senior leaders in developing and implementing both tactical and strategic visa and relocation specifications:Primary locationBrazil -Sao pauloAdditional locationsColombia- BogotaWorker typeEmployeeWorker sub-TypeRegularTime typeFull time.
