Job overview manages the relationship with key national data suppliers within a mid-Sized market or significant segment of a large market or large regionessential functions- Achieved or exceeds the assigned contract goals in large, complex accounts- Develops and executes new contract strategy- Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities- Leads negotiations in renewing multiyear contracts within assigned national accounts- Develops relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned suppliers- Manage the overall relationships to ensure a high level in supplier satisfaction- Coordinates the involvement of iqvia resources (marketing, consulting, client services,...) in use of iqvia information services to anticipate and meet suppliers needs and oversees implementation, coordination and follow through of all contracts and information services agreements- Develops and execute account plans and monitor progress- Adjust plans according to significant changes in business condition- Responsible of the panel cost planning and forecastingQualifications:- Complete graduation- Extensive and expert knowledge of iqvia core products, customer account management and iqvia information solutions/consulting services portfolio- Strong custmer account management and servicing, communication and listening, organizational, analytical/problem solving, negotiating and account development and planning/presentation skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities- Pharmaceutical marketplace & industru business knowledge- Market research method/practice knowledge- Expertise and creativity to solve problems- Advanced english- Intermediate spanish will be a plusiqvia is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
