Opportunity to make the difference: you will work close to our local business partners and global marketing teams to develop and implement winning marketing strategies to drive customer base and volume growth.3. Flexibility: you will work in a hybrid model with flexibility and responsibilities:what will you do?1. Growth marketing: maximize acquisition performance, working close with business partners acquisition teams to define winning and innovative growth strategies.2. Revenue strategies: work close with business partners marketing and product teams to create strategies and initiatives to grow the usage and spending of the amex portfolio (early engagement, lifecycle management, x-Selling, anti-Attrition, upgrades, etc.).3. Product management: consistently evaluate competition and monitor amex value proposition to ensure product differentiation. Launch new products and revitalize products for consumers and small businesses.4. Bring vibrance to amex network: create marketing and advertising campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and usage of amex cards across the & qualifications:must have:- At least 5 years of experience in marketing- Good mood and energy- Ability to think strategically and execute accordingly- Be a team player, but also a good leader (even without direct authority)- Great relationship skills- Think big- Be results oriented- Ability to manage complex projects- A great communicator and presenter- Fluent in english and portuguesegood to have:- Good level of understanding of the card market and competitive environment- Experience in financial services or payments industry- Proficiency in spanishat american express we are proud to celebrate and promote diversity, as well as, committed to the principles of equal employment opportunity.
