Job description: Goal: this role is responsible for the full gifting project:build gifting platform as one of the key transformational bets for our fy26 ambition - Aiming to build a gbp 50 m gifting business by fy26 : full strategic and executional plans across brands and teams build the success of the platform considering the unlock of structural challenges, portfolio management and new rtc developmentthis person must clearly understand the context of the market (internally and externally) in which the brand operates, the companys guidelines and objectives, and correlate those parts to build the gifting strategy with the multifunctional team: gbt, lac, marketing, cmo, sales, finance & supply. Having the complete understanding of the gifting platform potential and gifting manager this person is responsible to frame the strategy for gifting, set the business plan, p&l, communication & media strategy, pricing strategy lead the innovation pipeline for all brands build new shopper platform develop new rtc and unlock with other teams relevant structural process to enable the growth. Define new experiential strategy (with special stores) build a business case for licencing for pub migrating our loved brands into new categories such as fashion and accessories (e.G).This role should be able to manage long and short term perspectives in order to ensure business growth, focusing on the deliverable of gifting:- Define and lead the gifting strategy- Lead and manage business plan for the platform- Manage the mkt and cmo activities in order to achieve the platform objectives by brand- P&l management and budget control (a&p)- Monitor activities of key competitors- Manage the relationship with advertising agencies and other appropriate partners- Manage all cross functual teams, specially and key structural ones such as supply and finance- Report status of the project to teams, director, exec, lac, gbtLeadership- Influence organization with right level of prioritization for our gifting business (team, exec, lac, gbt)- Influence gbt to better partner and market prioritization- Need to influence join venture partners on key brands- Collaborate directly with the external agencies such as: research agencies, advertising agencies, media agencies- Manage all suppliers and teams dedicated to the projectWorker type:regularPrimary location:sao pauloAdditional locations:Job posting start date:(Informação Confidencial)-07:00.
