You will lead the monitors staff (both novo nordisk and insourced monitors) to perform within the compliance need for the projects and the local regulations in brazil. Along with that you will be developing this team in terms of training, coaching, mentoring and career responsibilities include:- Manage the quality of assigned staff through regular review of quality metrics and kpis to create appropriate corrective action plans, if required, preventing or correcting deficiencies in staff performance.- Perform co-Monitoring visits for coaching and sign-Off for new monitors.- Oversight of cro contracts to ensure compliance, acting as a first point of contact for the cros.- Identify and engage with new sites and new investigators in our current and new therapeutic areas, conducting the evaluation of study feasibility together with the medical team, the business units and patient support program to generate insights and propose solutions.- Support in activities such as planning and tracking of the department budget, creation of reports and represent novo nordisk in meetings when - You hold a graduation degree in health-Related areas such as pharmacy, biochemistry, biology, biomedicine, among others.- Fluent in oral and written english and portuguese.- We look for a professional with previous experience with people management, directly or indirectly and strong knowledge and experience in clinical research.- If you have experience in a pharmaceutical industry, it will be considered as an asset.- It is important to have an analytical mindset, strong ability with communication with the departmentBrazil is our biggest affiliate in latam, certified as great place to work 2022.
