You will interact and collaborate with colleagues around the globe and have opportunities for international you are ambitious, have experience selling b2b solutions and want to have a global impact while maximizing your earning potential, lets youll do- Develop our brazilian market territory by prospecting clients, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.- Qualify and understand your prospects business-Critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact gofluent brings to an organization.- Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate roi for gofluent solutions.- Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-Makers from your key client accounts.- Work and collaborate with our experienced business development, marketing and customer success teams to successfully close high potential deals.- Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales youll need- Minimum 3 years Experience in b2b sales (hr services, recruitment, financial, professional services and similar). Good to have saas and international experience.- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the c-Suite.- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.- Team player, self-Motivated to thrive in a fast-Paced, results-Oriented, collaborative environment.- Proactive, personable, hard-Working and easily adaptable.- Active on social media in a business context.
