Level experienced (individual contributor) the product management team at shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to financial services, supply chain, search, recommendation, advertising, order, promotion, user, anti-Fraud, seller service. Job description: drive product development (from discovery to launch) of the pix productsliaison with business stakeholders to develop hypotheses with qualitative and quantitative insightsidentify and analyze feature requests to determine business value, priority and use casesdevelop product road map, define, prioritize, and align/communicate short and long term product goals with key stakeholderscommunicate and collaborate with leaders and teams from multiple disciplines and across multiple product linesactively collaborate with both regional and local teams to continuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality, and performance including feature testing and troubleshooting. Requirements: excellent verbal and written communication skills in portuguese and englishproduct management experience delivering highly successful and innovative productsexperience in discovery, designing, launching, and prioritizing digital product solutionsshow the ability to set the vision for the product, understanding how it connects to company objectivesexcellent communication and problem-Solving skills with clear logical experience in pix (not in the check-Out) is strongly preferredexperience in the e-Commerce or fintech will be an advantage.
