As warehousing and distribution (wnd) solutions engineer, youll be responsible for delivering propositions and comprehensive commercial response documentation to sales, and project management of the solution pursuit, in support of opportunity specific commercial and financial results, as well as customer recommendation. Also you will lead solution design teams based in the regional centre of excellence. Key responsibilities : please consider this is a proactive application process for future vacancies well have available in this area. Develop solutions in line with wnd strategy and customer needs. Develop and maintain solution concepts interpret and analyze gathered customer requirements and translate into a solutions proposal. Assess overall implementation requirements e.G. Ftes, cost, edi development, facilities, capabilities, equipment/services. Suggest more efficient alternative(s) to address customer challenges. Identify and analyze potential configuration gaps work with product/it to develop alternative solutions in case of capability gaps - Where applicable. Clearly outline solutions in appropriate formats for presentation to customers and hand-Over to the implementation team we are looking for : in this role you ought to be passionate about customer services and logistics operations. You are highly independent, enjoy working at a fast pace, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty.
