We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.- Responsible for the video template iteration strategy output, to improve capcut content experience on daily trends, template diversity and creativity editing.- Build up and develop efficient execution plans and workflow for team members. And be responsible for content target completion.- Collaborate with different teams, like mkt, product, tiktok etc, to enhance user awareness and product impact in the local market. Qualifications - 5+ years of working in local operations and team management, experienced in content production and development. Work experience of short video industry preferred.- Familiar with digital content eco-System and data analytics.
