The latin america (latam) finance business performance management (bpm) team are the dedicated finance business partners to our latam regional sales, construction, service and manufacturing operations. We are an internationally diverse team, physically located in multiple countries across the region. Together with our primary operational stakeholders, we focus on performance management, business finance, business controlling and finance business partnering. You will be located at lat hq, sao paulo, br, reporting to the service finance director, also located in sao paulo, br. Your primary operational stakeholders will also be located in sao paulo, the continuous improvement management (cim) financial analyst, you will be the primary financial expert and problem solver on the latam cim service operations. Working closely with the applicable project managers and various department subject matter experts, together you will both forecast and cost control all cim initiatives in the latam region. You will assist in the development and analysis of relevant information for project operations to make informed decisions. This can include trend analysis and forecasting, ensuring we are proactive, not reactive. You would further conduct value add activities, investigate discrepancies in actuals and assist in helping to drive and deliver 6 years experience in controlling. Previous experiences in project/contract controlling and accounting. Wind energy is a plus (but not required). Sap knowledge Team & people management Strong proficiencies in both spoken and written english, the official language of the office. Portuguese, spanish are a plus.
