Job title: adobe workfront configuration manager job description: the difference you will make as a workfront configuration manager / systems operations administrator, you will provide assistance in the forward momentum, utilization, enablement and optimization of the adobe workfront application as well as other internal tools. From workfront governance and enhancing system functionality to aiding users with better reporting and system/process optimization, this position is a critical support role within the organization. Reporting to the global workfront platform manager, this position requires you to communicate with all levels of employees, learn and maintain current systems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. What you will be doing 1) workfront governance: helping drive the shift paradigm use and adoption of workfront supports the organization on system best practices and utilization alterations to best serve their working group while staying compliant with the governance structure plays a hands-On role in system implementation for system functionality modules or new/existing group rollouts be seen as an expert workfront user, understanding all areas of functionality and how they should be used by different personas and user types actively partners with the platform management team to understand the workfront product roadmap and translate it into how enhancements or system changes can benefit shift paradigm partners with our internal teams on any architecture or support needs for workfront 2) workfront system administration and management: supporting the system utilization and stability provides technical subject matter expertise and business process knowledge to teams while gathering requirements and supporting business analysis actively completes system builds, configurations and development tasks for system enhancements in both the workfront and fusion environments assists with the evaluation of user feedback submitted via the workfront request queue for system changes and enhancements partners with other members of the platform teams to manage troubleshooting and assist in recommending solutions to system or user issues conducts regular audits on system utilization and data to increase system quality, resolve inconsistencies and correct workflow and/or system integration processes. 3) workfront reporting: creating visibility and understanding of the work and resource utilization establishes metrics, builds reports and dashboards to aid in user workflow, portfolio/program/projects, channel project types and resource management performs statistical analysis on gathered data, running queries and makes recommendations 4) workfront system training: provides training and information to the organization to solidify system understanding and further support utilization as a part of new/updated implementations, works with and assists the change management team in communication planning and system training across multiple user groups that include various levels of users crafts training materials including but not limited to: training presentations, qrgs (quick reference guides), job aids and training videos assisting with new employee onboarding to ensure familiarity with the workfront system and understanding of role-Specific responsibilities within the system what youll bring 5+ years of experience in a professional, client-Focused environmentmust have strong operational, project management and leadership experience 3+ years related professional experience in workfront system administration, 2+ years experience in project management or equivalent role bachelors degree in business, information technology, marketingor equivalent experience proven experience in leading and managing workfront administration within a large corporation ability to explain complex technical material clearly to users with varying levels of proficiency general understanding of the marketing and creative workflow processes experience in system implementations and enhancements strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-Solving skills possess a profound curiosity and never afraid to ask why? strong willingness to learn and grow skills and abilities outstanding organizational and time management skills excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to various levels within an organization demonstrated ability to motivate your co-Workers and inspire a one-Team approach gives and receives feedback with a positive intention intuitive problem solver with the ability to anticipate and action plan unwavering can-Do attitude in a fast-Paced, deadline-Driven environment challenges the status quo, champions change, influence others to change learns equally from successes and failures supports a diverse and inclusive work environment what else do you need to know we operate on a hybrid working basis and offer flexible working conditions, you can, be based from anywhere in the u.K (with travel to london once/twice a month), but there is potential to work from our brazil orBased offices instead.
