Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of overseeing day-To-Day operations in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational and problem-Solving skills, with the ability to optimize operational processes and streamline workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-Functional teams. Familiarity with hr processes and performance management to support the professional growth and development of team members.
