We make it an essential part of moving your business forward by putting farmers digital customer experience (dcx) team enhances the complete customer journey, starting from when the customers learn about agcos products and farming solutions through their entire performance life the successful deployment of digital solutions for our brands as well as the after sales team we are looking for a market deployment specialist /x).The market deployment specialist (mds) leads dcx deployment in a given market (or market cluster) following the co-Deployment approach together with the brands according to the defined mds is responsible for planning and preparation of deployments for a certain set of dcx products according to the master planning and its timely and high quality mds is an integral part of the digital transformation office (dto).What are you going to do:- The role consists mainly of deployment management and all activities aligned with it like stakeholder management, deployment and training coordination, quality assurance, status and progress reporting tasks.- The responsibility starts in planning and preparation of the market deployment together with the brand with adapting the approach to the local specificities of the market, the dealer by dealer detailed on-Boarding and training planning, prioritization of dealers together with the brands, trainer quality control, roll-Out status reporting, organizing the hypercare support and being the key contact for the market in all regards of digital the mds steers timelines, resources and budget, tracks milestones and aligns with brand success managers, national sales managers as well as area sales managers from the brands.- The role ensures regular communication to dealers principals, continuously reports to the brands and the digital central organization and escalates issues and risks, if required. Mds is responsible for local market planning and adapting central concepts, enabling roll-Out, managing the deployment project, coordinating and steering the involved teams from the brand, the digital team and external support if applicable.- The role proactively manages the stakeholders in the market and reports out the status and deployment progress in terms of quantitative and qualitative kpis.- The mds is authorized to plan budget in the market and represent digital in the market.- The mds has to coordinate all deployment activities in collaboration with all involved parties (brand sales and marketing, distribution management, digital product teams, dto, agco academy dsc) and to coordinate and steer external support if do you need:- Degree in administration, engineering, marketing and/or related areas- Mba or postgraduate in project management (desirable)- Advanced english (mandatory)- Advanced spanish (mandatory)- Project management experience (2 or 3 years)- Experience with training and deployment of digital tools- Agriculture or automotive industry experience (desirable)Diversity, equity & inclusion:Our vacancies are for everyone.
