We are looking for talent who would like to join us on this exciting technology team is embarking on an incredible journey, we are looking for a person with an analytical profile for our service analyst -Meeting room you are a proactive, curious, analytical and critical thinking person we would love to have you on our team!What can you expect from the role?Operations related:daily ipc (incident / problem / change) management. This includes monitoring of the service now queue and timely closure of tickets as per agreed kpi/user feedback & grievances. These are usually shared by the user via service now tickets, emails, chat & calls. Coordinate with internal resolver teams, vendors, suppliers, customers & key internal stakeholders on various bau related the service review calls internally (internal stakeholders) and externally (with vendors/oems etc).Create & manage knowledge base articles for users & for internal operational purposes. Assist the service manager in collating customer satisfaction feedback for the service & highlight any gaps in with the service manager to implement and manage service improvement plans (sips) to mitigate the risk & close the gaps in and update the content on the meeting room services user pages such as teams channel, shared point site, website etc. Project related:managing new and existing demands for meeting room solutions. This involves tracking demand, solution proposal, technical support during installation, coordination with local sites/av installer, onboarding into bau support etc. Ensuring all demand follows the meeting room technology demand status is tracked & reported regularly. Provide activation support for all areas within the meeting room technology that all activation materials and comms are in place for all changes and new the service manager with demand reporting and data that look like you?It support experience in a large organization with complex technologies. Specifically experience in incident/ problem / change management is a must. Experience in project management role/assignment. It service delivery & operations working in a global, multi-Vendor in delivering end user focused skills expertise in microsoft teams rooms and or other meeting room technologies. Ms teams room certification is a great addition to this role. Itil v4 foundation certification is communication and problem-Solving skills with the ability to grasp issues quickly and provide to methods and techniques of operations, itsm & project management. Experience in analytical thinking. Should quickly understand the problem or situation by breaking it down systematically into its component parts and identifying the relationships between these & experienceexcellent communication skills & exposure to working with global focused on service and customer experience. Awareness to existing technology offerings with the same space and beyond. This is needed to help challenge/enhance the status and drive to work independently. Use own judgement, take initiative, make decisions and refer to management where & proven detailed analytical awareness & cost saving consciousness. Proficient in microsoft office suite, including excel, word and interpersonal skills with global mindset and recognition of different of service level requirements and service level in providing communications support and producing training to build strong and effective working relationships across different teams (internal & external).Strong commitment to quality assurance processes to maintain the highest levels of operational unilever?Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work you do creating a better business and a better world.
