About this extraordinary Opportunity!: we are now looking for a sox compliance manager based in brazil, to drive, monitor, and support sox compliance within the region, including hosted units (e.G. Company control hubs), business unit, or shared services this role, you will support local and regional management, including management of hosted units in sox compliance matters and local sox management independent testing according to central you will do:- Define the scope and monitor the implementation of sox key controls- Organize and enforce sox compliance testing- Secure execution of key controls and management certification- Coordinate and support internal and external audits- Work together and coordinate related areas (elc, sod, rssc)You will bring:- Respect, professionalism, trust and integrity which are core values to the company.- Academic degree in finance and accounting. (mba or masters are desirable)- Proven experience in auditing as lead auditor- Accounting and reporting skills- Financial model expertise- Knowledge of local laws and regulations- Change and improvement management skillsWill be a plus!:- Both english and spanish proficiency level- Project management skillsWhy join ericsson?:at ericsson, youll have an outstanding opportunity.
