Join us on this exciting journey and let s redefine the fashion industry together!We are seeking a talented and experienced ux/ui product designer to join our team. As a ux/ui product designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital products that meet user needs and business goals. You will work closely with cross-Functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to design and deliver innovative user experiences that delight our : Collaborate with product managers and cross-Functional teams to define and prioritize product features Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-Fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines Collaborate with engineers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately and effectively Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis Stay up-To-Date with industry trends and advancements in ux/ui design and technology Work with other designers to provide and receive feedback on design workwhat youll need: Bachelor s or master s degree in design, human-Computer interaction, user experience, or a related field 3+ years of experience in ux/ui design for digital products Proficiency in design tools such as figma, sketch or adobe creative suite Strong understanding of design systems and guidelines Experience with prototyping tools Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-Functional teams Ability to create designs that balance user needs and business goals Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem- Solving skillspj- Full time- In person /remote work (1 or 2 times a week)faria lima office - Sp Annual bonus salary Stock options plan (after 1 year in office) Equipment and software support.
