Responsabilidades e atribuições - Business strategy - Act as the primary finance leader for the division- Ensure that finance is at all times closely integrated with and positively supports the business, providing managers at all levels with the necessary information to maximize revenue, profitability and efficiency.- Work with the management team in development, coordination and implementation of short and medium term strategic and tactical plans for customers and markets and provide the financial input required to that process- Coordinate business development finance team in building business cases and reviewing of new opportunities- Setup fp&a team responsibility for brazil business- Financial modeling, providing analytical support, and validating financial and operational results of process improvement efforts for business optimization.- Ensuring a high level of financial controls are followed, maintaining data integrity.- Developing exceptional talent, and encouraging your team to challenge assumptions.- Managing and participating in finance activities across customer financing categories.- Perform monthly p&l analysis for assigned lines of business compared to forecast and budget- Lead and guide annual budget process for all business lines,- Assist business with developing accurate and timely monthly forecasts- Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial results with line-Item reconciliations and budget variance review- Identify areas of process and systems improvement and work cross functionally to implement solutions- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts- Assist in business review monthly preparation/presentation- Responsible for the entire finance, tax & accounting department and issuance of financial statement in line with group reporting deadlines- Internal control and risk management including treasury and foreign exchange- Performance analysis and interpretation of monthly management accounts for reporting to the group- Banking - Maintain existing relationships and develop sources of capital for all operations and capex.- Provide financial reports and financial analysis to help decision making- Put in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems- Responsible for tax matters, direct and indirect- Work with the global finance team to define trading limits and closely monitor the operating and financial results against plans and budgets- Represent the company to major customers and professional associations- Ensure accurate managerial reporting to global cfo- Manage costs and cash position of the company- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business cases to support management decisions- Work closely with company accountants, lawyers and other advisors- Manage external audits and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (big four companies)- Control and lead our external stakeholders including banks, tax advisors, external auditors, service providers and consultants- Multi-Tasking, in general - We are hands-On.- Leading accounting, tax and treasury team in brazil ( 8 persons)Requisitos e qualificações- Graduated in finance or accounting- Mba preferred- People management experience- 10+ of finance experience- Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving- Advanced excel user- Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture- Strong skills in accessing and using analytical tools and modelling- Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills- Fluent in english and portuguese- Ambitious, want to succeed and be part of a great team- Preferred qualifications- Experience with finame or renewable energy project financing in brazil- Sap user- Innovative with a commercial mindset- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projectsInformações adicionaisWhat you will be doingLeading with your finance systems expertise: you will guide the team with the finance systems experience youve gained over the years, pointing them in the right direction to simplify the most complex one day per week doing the work: by getting your hands dirty with real tasks that your teams do each day, you will draw simplification insights to make your processes you wont be doingProject managing the work of low-Level managers.
