We are looking for talents that would like to join this exciting journey with us.- Our personal care team is embarking on an exciting journey as it cmi manager.- A cmi manager for pc brazil who will lead consumer voice for deos category, inspiring, provoking and driving the business to make transformational actions for growth. The role will share and co-Coordinate priorities and team development, based in brazil. The role will be mainly focused in supporting specifically deos brands in projects for brazil. This person will also be part of a wider global and regional cmi community, and some collaborative or cross-Country work can be part of the scope.- What can you expect from the role?- This person will be responsible to lead the consumer agenda:- Proactively bring the voice of consumers - In an actionable way - To the team.- Be responsible for the identification and translation of consumer needs, insights and behaviors from continuous data (nielsen, kwp and kmwb) as well as ad hoc knowledge, to guide the categories strategies in brazil: brand performance, communication and innovation marketing initiatives.- Propose and execute the continuous and ad hoc research plan for the deos brands. This plan should not be only focused on answering to explicit business questions, but it must include a proactive agenda, based on foresights, that clearly express the managers point of view about how and where to win, guided by the 5fogs.Responsibilities:- Coordinate team agenda/members and build a robust research and knowledge plan- Be the cmi expert for the mentioned categories representing brazilian consumer voice to deliver valuable insights to the business- Work to land and create business impact when information and knowledge is built.- Build an integral understanding of persona care brazilian consumer and ad hoc based on project:- Consumer and shopper: macroeconomics social consumer mood.- Consumer habits evolution/ changes- General category, channel, and country trends.- Raise hand when support is needed for stakeholders discussions/ prioritization/ cmi project agenda definition.- Lead or co-Lead knowledge papers/best practice cases to share when new learning is available.- Be an active team player in the cmi team (pc, latam, brazil)- Manage the relationship with local suppliers for pc, securing the added value and quality in each delivery.- Partner and collaborate with a wide spectrum of marketing teams, agencies, publishers, media team, cmi expertise teams and external partners to deliver against business needs.- Manage and develop internal team talentperformance:- Lead ibp process in critical moments (mainly brand audits)- Lead strategic/adhoc analysis using data from nielsen, kantar & kantar insights- Manage share, penetration and brand power flashesengagement:- Lead communication development from cmi-Local perspective & build partnership with global communication key stakeholders (mkt & cmi) driving the best results for bpc brazil considering specifics country needs- Engage with global methodologies- Building and developing relationships with the global-Wide engagement community and across key business partners including cmi (consumer market insights), marketing, digital hub and - Lead research for 20/10 innovation projects from ideation/cocreation workshops to final testing of the full mix, using a differentiated pathway of methodologies depending on innovation type- Identify & integrate consumer insights into various innovation projects. This will include funnel innovations & renovations on core and npd- Lead meta learnings, innovation monitoring and real time management of innovation projects- Ensure we are using the best-In-Class methodologies and learnings available at ul- Build and develop relationships with the global-Wide innovation team and across key business partners including cmi (consumer market insights), cti (consumer technical insights), marketing, r&d and this sound like you?- Deep knowledge of continuous and ad hoc research methodologies (mix development, qual and quant).- Passion for insights and consumer empathy.- Business oriented.- Analytical skills data integration/aggregation to develop added value insights.- Good communication skills to transform knowledge into actionable and inspiring data.- Action and business oriented, show where and how to win through concrete actions and recommendations.- Integral view in action plans, aligned with reality and resources.- Ability to connect facts and data providing a consumer/market view.- Empathy and good interpersonal relationships.- Experience and sensitiveness in leading others (internal and external), talent catalyst.- Good management of pressure and priorities. Experience in building work plan.- Resourceful.
