The client solutions manager is a crucial member of our growing global business solutions team that supports our sales team in meeting its objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients, both internally and externally. The client solutions manager role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The client solutions manager team will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product will:- Be responsible for defining the customer partnership development strategy with tiktoks account team (also known as the medium and long-Term vision).- Act as the trusted advisor for tt solutions, ensuring clients implement best practice solutions that focus on performance kpis and revenue growth.- Have an upsell mentality, identifying and proposing strategies and products that align with the clients objectives to increase their share on tt.- Guarantee flawless execution and implementation of clients media strategies within the tt platform.- Drive education on product and company updates, and share company best practices relevant to the client or agencys business.- Manage and grow post-Sale client relationships for auction ads offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and taking proactive initiatives to improve results.- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-Driven business insights and utilize those insights to improve our advertising offerings.- Share marketplace feedback and provide guidance for our advertising strategy.- Support and collaborate with the sales team on pre-Sale research and pitches.- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-Term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.- Investigate and work directly with the product and engineering teams to help troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.- Establish long-Term relationships with key clients and ensure their business needs are well taken care of by a cross-Functional and go-To-Market strategy:- Take responsibility for improving product feature adoption and consistently driving product improvement based on market feedback.- Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising We expect:- At least 3-5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing- Experience in managing key accounts in diverse industries- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in excel, sql is a plus- Proficient in english and portuguese.- Possess strong performance and product knowledge skills to provide advice on campaign strategies based on the clients campaign, with a focus on an always-On/long-Term approach.- Proficient in campaign management, including campaign setup and is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
