The full stack developer will participate in all activities related to the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of existing and new cloud based solutions in an agile environment. The ideal candidate should be self driven, creative, and committed to achieve defined goals. Position 100% remote (home office)
Key responsibilities: Play a key role in gathering requirements, analysis and design of changes and new solutions Define solutions to business problems through application of information technology Proactively identify issues and develop recommendations to increase efficiencies Adhere to development standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies Stay up to date with the technologies required to perform well in the job Take ownership for incidents reported by end users, resolve issues in a timely manner and when escalation is required, manage escalation through to resolution and close with end user Clearly communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including external stakeholders Create and/or update end user and technical documentation when needed Ability to train end users Support the technology & product team in other special projects. Knowledge, skills and experience required: Advanced/fluent english Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience developing, implementing, and delivering business solutions. Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and manage workload based on project deadlines and priorities. Advanced knowledge of cloud computing, aws preferably. Programming languages and technology: mvc, c#, javascript, react, and sql. Relational databases: mysql and/or microsoft sql server, including store procedures and database design. Proficiency with microsoft office tools: word, excel, powerpoint and visio. Proficiency with jira or similar tools. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in an open environment. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. High standards of conduct and professionalism. Self motivated and able to work with a team. Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills. Experience with devops practices and tools a plus. Experience with multi national, multi cultural organizations a plus.
