Director, lao its bp- Brazil su M M A R Y of role:the director, lao dts business partner - Brazil is a dynamic, innovative leader of multi-Dimensional professionals who deeply understand how to generate business value through results-Driven it service delivery for K-Cs business stakeholders. The director, lao dts business partner - Brazil has a key leadership role for the country, and primary mission of the position is to:drive brazil business objectives with information technology, digital, data, analytics, strategy, solutions and services, provoke strategic directions through internal/external perspective, seek partnerships with the business to co-Create the future and manage value opportunities for it solutions and services, drive innovative, strategic thinking in lao, leveraging global dts capabilities as a strategic enabler of lao business objectives and growth, own and drive data privacy and protection agenda for lao champion data driven decision culture and K-C ways of working, and mentor and lead a team of bp professionals to drive business value in brazil and across accountabilities:- Information and digital technologies strategic leadership: responsible for establishing a trusted relationship with key stakeholders and leaders in the segment, being a connected, influential player in the country and within kimberly-Clark regional it. As a trusted advisor, they serve as a contributor to the deployment and realization of the overall brazil strategic business plan. In partnership with lao/brazil leadership, the business partner defines the it strategy plan and roadmap for brazil technology, information, data and digital technologies. They ensure governance and alignment of business demand with supply, leveraging kimberly-Clark it portfolio of services. They build effective communicate plans and gain support from key stakeholders, including country leaders and it regional leaders. Translate the business needs into technology. Drive emerging technologies (business model) back to the business and helping it drive the delivery- Service delivery: the brazil it business partner leads the brazil it function across operations, finances, project delivery, strategy and innovation. This role is accountable for (1) shaping the it global agenda, (2) driving regional to local deployment of strategy, (3) leading end to end delivery and (3) assuring secure, compliant, stable operations. This role has an in- Depth understanding of country operational capabilities, it service delivery, committed service levels. They also have an in-Depth knowledge and understanding of cyber risks, kimberly-Clark security posture, processes and procedures. As an active player on the regional it leadership team, they provide the right security/privacy posture and ensure operational discipline in securing kimberly-Clark consumer, customer and employee information. They provide visibility to stakeholders with ongoing communication and reporting and ensure compliance to kimberly-Clark it security and controls framework.- Business change initiatives: the brazil it business partner develops an on-Going project portfolio to achieve the brazil it strategy, taking into account of segment goals, corporate priorities, technology/data opportunities, and cost pressures. They lead, jointly with peers in business functions, the delivery of business change initiative, ensuring the timely and on budget delivery of it components. They provide prioritization guidelines and lead a focused agenda. With adept understanding of business value, they drive clear prioritization of value driving initiatives of business impact.- People management and operating model: the brazil it business partner has an understanding of the kimberly-Clark it operating model with internal employees and external third-Party resources and processes. They suggest operating model improvements, and process improvements. They play an active leadership role in enabling kimberly-Clarks regional it be a high performing, agile, focused team. They engage and motivate employees/resources with effective communication. They are expected to bring in thought leadership with development of methodologies and tools to enhance performance.- Finance and value management: the brazil it business partner defines a portfolio of investment initiatives inclusive of value proposition, and prioritizes investment portfolio for the country. The role is a partner in prioritizing across kimberly-Clark it, enforcing a value centric conversation and building digital metrics that focus on outcomes rather than a list and number of projects delivered. With understanding of it business management and allocation approaches, the it business partner provides transparency of it costs to country leadership and removes shadow it within brazil. He/she brings relentless leadership in cost reduction and total cost management which generates head room towards fueling investme #J-18808-Ljbffr.
