Description: who we are and what we dojoin the dynamic team at shaw and partners, a leading software development provider for prominent startups. With a team of around 45 remote professionals, we also nurture two innovative startup ventures. As our react native developer, youll report directly to christopher shaw, our founder and at shaw and partnersas a react native developer, your responsibilities will encompass designing, implementing, and enhancing the functionality, compatibility, and user experience of both our internal and client offer- 100% remote work- Flexible schedule (respond promptly, attend meetings, meet deadlines)- Competitive compensation up to $28 usd/hresponsibilities- Craft efficient, reliable, and reusable code and maintain its quality and organization- Ensure applications deliver optimal performance, quality, and user experience- Identify and resolve bugs and bottlenecks, developing effective solutionsrequirements: proficiency in reactive programming, local databases, and unit testing frameworksapi proficiency (experience consuming rest apis using retrofit and alamofire)hands-On experience in mobile developmentcomfort with code reviews and effective participation in team skills: experience with app publication processes on various app storesknowledge of react, and responsive web design, with an understanding of state management solutions and modern web technologiesexperience with nodejs and working knowledge of backend developmentprevious involvement in continuous integration and deployment processes.
