Weve been on this journey since 2016 when we first built our platform around the education sector. Since then, we have expanded our operation into d&i social solutions for the workplace with measurable positive change and also built several other communities to support charities, with our latest project focused on connecting cancer patients with caretakers across the uk. Charities are facing the most difficult times in decades, yet their services have never been needed more. How we work we work in cross functional teams that work together to solve customer problems across the globe we peer review all code, and value the sharing of knowledge we work in scrum with 2 week sprint cycles we use the right tool or language for the job, if you can suggest a better option well evaluate, debate and maybe use that, we are democracy driven we value, conduct and act on user-Research and data analysis we value smart, driven people, who are adaptable and understand the need for flexibility we care about the customer and users this is a job position to work in a startup with a solid base of clients. We are a small technical team growing after the pandemic. We are looking for 2 frontend developers with solid skills with react. We are refactoring from scratch our frontend so you will be able to help and give all idea you want to be able to create a great software. Local remote requisitos obrigatórios: a good understanding of javascript is important and experience working with a modern front-End js framework such as react, angular, vue or svelte. You should be able to understand the mental model of component-Based frameworks or libraries. Good understanding of semantic html, css and accessibility is essential styled components and redux is a core requirement you should understand the importance of testing your code and how it reduces risk in making changes and refactoring. 5. Knowledge of testing automation tools such as jest and react testing library.
