We are looking for a confident, adaptable, and experienced individual with a proven ability to multi-Task, have a strong work ethic and possess business acumen and able to demonstrate the k2 a client services consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full range of authorised services for corporate assignees. We provide one accountable point of contact for hr teams and assignees throughout international in guildford, uk, k2 serves every location worldwide via our regional hubs located in north & south america, europe, scandinavia, middle east, africa, asia and australia. Managing a global network of 1,000 specialist partners worldwide, k2 specialises in delivering an extraordinarily high standard of service on every assignment. We employ the best and allow them to be the best they can to the client services consultant will report to the client services roleThe client service consultant is primarily responsible for managing the relocation services of our clients assignees globally. The client service consultant is the single point of coordination for our clients relocation stakeholder providing them with an extraordinary level of support and we have a robust operational guide that each client service consultant needs to follow, we do encourage client service consultant to think outside of the box and to find solutions to any issues that might arise. Moving countries or location within a country can be very stressful time for assignees and their families. It is therefore important that we do not just adopt a one service fits all approach to service delivery but ensure that each relocation exceeds the expectation of both the assignee and our training and support will be provided via our in-House dedicated duties and responsibilitiesSingle point of contact for assignees (employee relocating to another destination to work) and their hr/mobility team throughout their relocation process (end to end), across various services including:- Serve as the main point of contact for assignees and their families throughout the entire assignment process, coordinating and managing the international door-To-Door move as well as pet shipment, relocation, immigration, taxes, special requests as per each personalized client request- Carry out pre-Assignment policy briefing calls with assignees and their families and provide on-Going advice and support assignees on their questions related to home and host countries- Manage employee expectations in accordance to the criteria defined in the human resources policy- Interface with other mobility providers, according to the human resources policy and as per the companys and k suppliers- Service provider orientation, including translation- Assist and monitor physical inspection/surveys at the expatriates residence with the selected supplier- Coordinate customs clearance at origin and destination, monitoring packaging and delivery dates at the origin/destination country- Coordinate international relocation services, including: local orientation, temporary housing, home search, school search, settling in, departure, etc- Control of visa expiration, lease contracts, condominium fees and other expenses inherent to the process- Management of the assignment costs, as long as within the scope of the services contracted by k2- Integration with all areas involved in the global mobility process- Develop, maintain and build working relationships with transferr.
