Its your time!The pmo position takes a proactive approach and requires hands-On involvement working close to the regional director (coo), maintaining work programs and team cadence, supporting different stakeholders to guarantee success in our projects, action plans, governance, routine, deployment, business communication and to support our americas position is going to lead projects, action plans, review and propose improvements for current processes, and coordinate our governance organizational procedures for better results. It is expected that this person works with a high level of autonomy and understands business priorities to analyse how to deliver the best service to our clients. This role will also support the regional director with internal communication on business results and a ten americas pmo you will retains the documentation and metrics for executing projects and will be hold accountable with ensuring projects/actions plan/tasks are delivered on time and within main activities will be: set up a culture of governance by supporting the region to build method to standardized projects, action plans, reports, and procedures. Continuously manage the pmo methods and standards under the direction of the regional director to help in managing deliverables, roadmaps, work plans, internal business communication, dependencies, risks, and issues. Ensure transparency and consistency in reporting and stakeholder management, and act as the central point of support for all deliverables and projects. Partner with the heads of areas to advise, gather requirements, develop scope and charters, establish working team structure, and cadence, and drive the execution of new or existing projects and deliverables. Ensure relevant programs/project updates are delivered promptly to regional director tracking savings, generating forecasts/budgets, updating timelines, and elevating risk/issues/dependencies. High involvement with all teams, to deeply understand and drive deliverables, produce presentations, and manage day-To-Day project activities. Support the team by removing roadblocks and anticipating upcoming deadlines. Helping the team address issues before they impact project outcomes and results. Support the regional director role with the management governance across the region. Essential duties and responsibilities: manage our regional action plan deliverables in the year for all areas. Work with the actions owner across the region to get updates, deploy the actions, identify blockers and support in how to overcome then. Work with the regional director to provide regional business updates every quarter. Manage global projects in the regional level to support the implementation and success of this initiatives. Work with the regional director to build governance across the region related to risk, processes, and policies. Interested? The requirements to apply for the position are: bachelors degree in tourism, administration or similar. A masters degree is a plus. Progressive experience in project management. Proficient with pmo tools microsoft project, powerpoint, sharepoint, and teams. Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as powerbi, tableau, etc experience leading project management methods and standards building program roadmaps and managing, timeline/critical paths, and execution plans. Hands-On experience setting up project management tools and methods. Strong understanding of agile methods of implementation. English fluency is mandatory, spanish is highly desired.
