This person will be responsible for the oversight of day-To-Day activities, as well as taking on strategic initiatives and projects to help maintain and evolve the teams role within the marketing department and beyond. The role will focus on building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analyses to inform the marketing team. The role requires excellent organizational skills, as well as a strong eye for responsibilitiesleverage technologies, tools, and data to measure and prove success for regional field marketing teamswork directly with our strategic marketing & industry & solutions marketing teams to help them measure and prove success for their activities and campaigns while continuing to identify areas of opportunityextract and analyze large data sets to report to deliver meaningful insightslead analytical deep dives to understand regional funnel drivers and opportunities for marketing performance improvementpartner with internal marketing teams to develop dashboard roadmaps and define analytical insights and associated capabilitiesserve as an authoritative resource on standard metrics, methodologies, and domain knowledge for the marketing organizationsift through large amounts of marketing data and omnichannel marketing interactions to make recommendations on ideal marketing mix and ideal customer journeysimplementation - Own the rollout of new analytical reports, including how-To guides and enablement materials post-Launchrequirements3-5 years of hands-On marketing analytics or operationsprior experience in marketing analytics or a comparable role is a plusstrong analytical skills and fluency in eloqua/marketo, salesforce, google analytics, tableauexcellent organizational, project management, and communication skillsability to thrive in a fast-Paced, team-Oriented environmentproven success collaborating with cross-Team stakeholdersexperience with advanced database segmentationsql or no-Sql experiencestakeholder management project management skillsbonus points ifexperience with ideation and creating experimentsprevious experience in b2b software industryto drive the personal growth and business impact of our employees, were committed to developing a supportive and enriching culture for everyone.
