Are you the kind of professional who loves change and innovation?K2 believes in open and honest relationships, clear personal goals, and providing a defined career path and training to support you in achieving your tasks - Ready to be part of our team!- You build and nurture a strong and positive working relationship with our clients- You manage the day-To-Day interaction with our clients to ensure there is no disruption- You monitor our clients quality performance and work to continuously improve it- You work cooperatively with our clients to ensure that their information on our platform is updated- You track that our consultants have trained all their tools and processes- You will monitor that clients adhere to our processes and standards and you will carry out audits with them to ensure they follow the project or service agreement proposal- You build and nurture a strong relationship with our clients, consultants, sales, hr, compliance and shared services teams- You align and implement changes to our procedures with the consultants- You are responsible for our team of consultants providing excellent service on a day-To-Day basis- This includes making sure they have all the tools and training required- You identify risks that can disrupt our operations and find solutions to them- You work closely with the rest of the team in analyzing our data and processes. We will constantly be challenging the status quo and strive to improve- You will gather feedback from our external stakeholders (clients, consultants) and propose improvements based on this- You will be responsible for the financial management of the projects and managed services, invoicing for the sharing services team and promoting operational reports and profile - Ready to hop on board- Minimum of 5 years experience from top strategy consulting firm and/or it consulting firm- Microsoft office (powerpoint, word, excel)- Clickup- Degree in business, engineering or a related field- Passion for building businesses- Team player who enjoys succeeding together- Adaptable and creative problem solver- Seeks challenges and loves learning- High attention to details- Relentless strive for excellence- Occasional traveling- Advanced to fluent english, spanish is a plusour perks - More than just a job- You have an impact.
