What youll dothe marketing pipeline manager fills a key role in the planning and execution of marketing strategies. This is done through the analysis of campaign performance metrics, including responses, mql, and sqo data, along with a deep understanding of account strategies, prospect and customer personas, and key target segments that make up the marketing role is highly collaborative with different stakeholders responsible for marketing segments, as well as sales operations, xdr teams, product marketing, enablement, and the global demand center (gdc) to support global demand generation programs designed to leverage persona and cohort data in order to set kpis, predict outcomes, execute and measure campaign performance, and make real-Time campaign adjustments based on data. While this role involves managing a lot of data and generating reports, the primary focus is on data strategies that create actionable information for marketing, sales, and other teams. This position requires strong technical skills and is best suited for a marketer who is passionate about leveraging data to drive campaign roi and other marketing position is an individual contributor role reporting to the sr. Marketing campaign detailed analysis of key performance metrics for global marketing teams, programs, campaigns, and tacticsgenerate weekly reports, scorecards, dashboards, and alerts for global demand center teamsmanage and produce actionable marketing-Based reporting and analysis for internal stakeholdersdrive metric-Driven environmentdevelop and execute plans to utilize our customer data and research data to drive roidevelop creative ways to communicate messages to our internal global business partnerswork with the global demand center (gdc) teams to deliver information to leadership across all country business partners and other stakeholder teamsgenerate predictive models for marketing planning and attributionmonitor key performance indicators across a variety of subjects, watching for changes outside standard benchmarks for responses, leads, lead qualification, and opportunitiesassist in the development and execution of marketing campaignsdrive optimization efforts for lead qualification in support of marketing campaignsresearch and develop best practices for reporting and analysis job designationhybrid: employee divides their time between in-Office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
