Team overviewwe are looking for a committed and experienced accounting consultant/specialist. This position is based in our brazil 99 local office and reports to 99 tech accounting senior manager. As accounting manager, this position will support full accounting functions of 99 tech and 99 food business as local accounting compliance, regular closing, regular reconciliation and multiple reviews, business/finance projects, etc. And collaborate with hq accounting team to achieve the business success in the responsibilitiesregular local compliance risks review and awareness, communication with local compliance and internal control team (rccd), corresponding teams, and hq to implement accounting solutions to eliminate accomplish local statutory requirements such as ecd, and ibge, local financial statement and support ecf independently on accomplish annual statutory auditing independently on review local gaap with businesses to ensure the proper deployment of 99 accounting practices. Support senior manager to arrange closing activities, leading a multiple tasks as an individual contribution reconciliations and bs review monthly, bring to the attention of the local senior management and international accounting leaders any abnormal transactions with investigate and resolve understand business to support and implement accounting and fulfill group accounting and internal control as the bridge between regional accounting and business team, segment finance, tax team, and global accounting maintain the relationship with work to management for any other accounting issues/business operation problems for as the project owner from the regional accounting side in supporting business/finance projects, as with group accounting leaders to roll out new accounting principles and ensure the high quality of their international accounting leaders to continuously standardize the accounting international accounting leaders to improve the regions accounting operation ad-Hoc works as qualificationsbachelors degree in accounting or finance with active crc, cpa preferred.8+ years of full functions accounting experiences, especially general ledger accounting function, preferably with an internet enterprise business knowledge of us gaap and brazil On, detail orientation, able to work independently in a fast-Paced environment and deliver within tight deadlinesconversant in english, in both writing and speaking, conversant chinese is a with microsoft office is a must and working knowledge of oracle is a knowledge of tax fundamentals is a statementyoull love working at didi becausewe create customer value we strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
