Our team is comprised of members from multiple regions which results in a diverse slate of experiences and skillsets that we use to serve our a consultant, you will:- Transform hr analytics use-Cases and problem statements into technology-Enabled solutions- Provide back-End system administration support to our hr analytics platform: visier, inclusive of security administration, data quality monitoring, system table maintenance, change requests, etc.- Serve as the hr functions subject matter expert for power bi, power apps, and power automate, responsible for building creative solutions and managing existing tools- Execute on hr-Wide projects to find-And-Fix data flow or quality issues to return higher-Quality data and process efficiencies- Identify key opportunities discovered by data brings data into the discussion- Assist with responding to clients data interpretation queriesmost importantly, this job is all about driving our people analytics journey forward! You will be directly contributing to the tasks and projects that ensure our human resources data is accurate and delivered to stakeholders to enable date-Driven decision stakeholders and interactionsYour role will enable the success of the people analytics team. Additionally, you will partner closely with members of the broader hr reporting and technology teams, as well as our internal hr service centers.
