This role has responsibility leading projects, business as usual and operational support involving the sap technical area, such as hosting services for sap, sap basis, sap services management having the ability to translate business requirements into its specifications, technical design and configuration. Due to the global nature of this role, have the availability to work flexible hours is achieve extraordinary things together, you will be responsible for: The technical enablement lead role is responsible for the sap hosting services, as well as the sap basis services. This is an operational and delivery position requiring an understanding of the overall ball business and business process. Ability to translate business demand requirements into its specifications, solution design, and complete configuration for implementation. The technical enablement lead role is responsible for adherence to global strategic platform guidelines. Responsible for impact analysis of process improvement efforts provides leadership in the implementation and execution of technology solutions to complex business problems. Defines cross-System solutions which map to re-Engineered business processes. Provide planning, estimates, application development, documentation, and support leadership using technology best practices. Works closely with other its resources, business stakeholders, and third-Parties ensure solutions support business requirements and capabilities. This role has an obligation to fully understand the demand and change management processes, associated slas and its standard operating procedures. To produce complete and meaningful high level estimates (hles) based on demand requests . Participates as a key contributor in the design and development of complex applications and projects and is the expert in the technology selected. Responsible for detailed specifications, derives estimates, and assigns component development tasks to the onshore/offshore development teams. Responsible for participating on operational readiness review disaster recovery & business continuity. To ensure ongoing support of deployed solutions is handled in the correct manner from both a business and ball its perspective, therefore minimizing business impact. Provide functional escalation support for its operations. The management of capital projects from design conception through to installation completion and or commissioning of equipment/systems installed on time, in budget and in accordance with sap performance objectives. Participate in continuous improvement processes for operations and service delivery. Adhere to key kpi metrics such as slas and olas. Responsible for complying with software development life cycle (sdlc) policies to ensure delivery of quality solutions. As a lead review software/hardware specifications. Performs requirements analysis. Conduct and participate in design review meetings. Supports project management tasks, such as estimating and planning dependencies/risks. Implementation (e.G., installation, configuration, programming/customization, integration, data migration). Conduct peer to peer code reviews. Coordinate and perform unit testing. Reviews test plans/strategies to ensure software quality. Participates in software release and post-Release activities, including hyper care support. Proven understanding and knowledge of interfaces or applications. Ability to travel regionally & internationally .So that together we make the difference, we hope you have... Bachelors degree required - Computer science, mis or equivalent. Experience in project management and service delivery. Experience in erp technical or functional configuration support in its operations. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (sdlc). Experience in source systems analysis, business rules validation, performance tuning and high volume data loads. Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve problems are desired.
