The positionas a sr finance & operations director you will beresponsible for providing the cvp & general manager support within the financial, supplychain and dd&it (digital and data) and overall business andhave a dotted reporting line to the vp finance & operations latam. In addition you will beresponsible for accounting, finance, treasury, internalcontrols, tax, and financial planning, ensuring the provision offinancial information and necessary support for responsibilities include: initiate and implement policies and processes to enhancethe financial performance of the company in accordance withstrategic objectives. Optimise the financial resources of the company tomaximize shareholder wealth. Management of the logistics, supply chain, procurement,and digital, data & it . And will ensure optimal working and investments in itand administrative departments, supporting the digitaltransformation of the affiliate. You will also oversee procurement functions and supportsourcing activities in line targets of the affiliate. Qualificationsyou have a university degree in finance, accounting,engineering, or other relevant area with experience inoperations and finance. Previous experience working in multinational companieson pharma, consumer goods, or food and beverages segment,occupying an executive leadership position is mandatory. We expect our candidates to be able to communicateeffectively in english, build and discuss strategies in away that impacts key stakeholders and able to build trustedrelationships in a prepositive way of problem-Solving. A good understanding of international business andexperience with digital transformation, supply chain, budgetprocedures, financial analysis, and knowledge of local taxwill be preferred. You have excellent project and change management skillsand ability to navigate complex tasks and organizationalissues in a strategic and tactical level. You are experienced with managing others, coaching, andgiving feedback to accelerate team and structuresdevelopment.
